Who can apply?

Anyone facing a financial or practical barrier to accessing eye care. You don't need to prove anything up front. Just tell us honestly about your situation.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Requesting assistance is free, and we never ask for payment information.

How long does it take?

We review requests as they come in. Because we're volunteer-run, response times can vary, and we'll keep you updated.

Is my information private?

We only share what is necessary to connect you with a resource or participating provider, and only with your knowledge.
